How It Works

Free Strategy Session

Before we dive into helping bring new people to your church, let's take some time to get acquainted. We believe it's important for both of us to understand each other better. We know that not every church is a perfect match for our program, so we'd like to offer you a strategy session. This session will help you learn more about how we work and whether it aligns with your goals and ministry.

Get Families to Plan A Visit

To begin your outreach process, you'll start by distributing your digital tracts to invite people to church. We achieve this by running targeted advertisements on social media platforms.

Specifically, we utilize Facebook™ and Instagram™ to broadcast our church invitation to a wide audience. Just imagine the impact of reaching thousands of individuals each week with a personal invitation to attend your church.

Inviting people to church is a step, but encouraging them to commit to visiting is another challenge altogether. Many have attempted to run Facebook ads with limited success due to improper execution. The key to running effective ads lies in collecting their information for future follow-up. We achieve this by offering a visitor gift as an incentive when they attend the service on the day they've chosen. For instance, we may say, "Please plan your visit below so we can have a visitor gift prepared for you when you arrive."

The visitor gift can be a simple bookmark featuring your church logo or a coffee mug filled with candy. This thoughtful gesture not only incentivizes attendance but also serves as a warm welcome to your church community.

Automate the Follow-Up Process

When collecting people's information through lead forms, it's essential to have software in place for automated follow-up. The primary aim of these follow-up messages is to establish and nurture a relationship with them. In our busy lives, reminder messages are also valuable in keeping individuals engaged with their commitments. These messages significantly increase the likelihood of people attending the services they've planned for.

Scale The Strategy

The effectiveness of these campaigns lies in the database of individuals who have expressed interest in your church. This database serves as a valuable resource for long term engagement and outreach efforts. If someone doesn't show up to an event they planned to attend, it doesn't mean they won't ever come. At GM Baptist Outreach, we believe in the saying, "The fruit is in the follow-up."

Once we have their contact information, we can send them text messages about special events at our church throughout the years. You'd be surprised how many people end up coming to our church because we kept in touch and didn't give up on them.

Our Story

On September 8th, 2019, we were blessed to establish Eternal Life Baptist Church in Nahunta, GA, following the guidance of the Lord.

During our service to the church, we discerned God's direction toward a digital marketing academy, where we acquired strategic knowledge in leveraging digital assets for the glory of God.

Witnessing the transformative impact of implementing these digital strategies in our church's outreach, we felt compelled to extend this knowledge to others. This led to the creation of GM Baptist Outreach, a company dedicated to assisting churches in incorporating these effective strategies into their outreach efforts, utilizing the resources available to us in the digital age—all for the glory of God.
